Our visit to South America was wonderful, but this was the most wonderful place on our visit, the Uyuni salt flat.
We planned a complete visit to the salt flats, with a reliable company Joker Expedition, and we do not regret having chosen it.
We had a friendly guide, who helped us with the funny photos and told us all the history of this beautiful place.
The Uyuni salt flat is very beautiful, we slept in a salt hotel, we had a private car and the food on the tour is very tasty.
My travel friend was a bit sick with altitude sickness, but this was also fixed by Joker.
They are very professional in their work.

The tour was incredible and well organised. It was a very memorable experience, beautiful landscapes, good outdoor lunches, great tour guides. Special mention to Jose, the manager of Joker expeditions, who was incredibly helpful. We lost our luggages in La Paz and they managed to get it back for us at 4am while we were touring in Uyuni. Highly recommend them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the Salt Flats. There are hundreds of companies which offer tours but we were the only group on that day with a jeep which could actually cross the flats in the wet season, so we got some incredible photos and a stunning sunset. This tour is more expensive than some but included first class bus travel, a hotel room to shower in before and after the trip in Uyuni and a glass (or two!) of wine both evenings. The guide was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get the best photos for us. I got unwell during the trip and they took good care of me until I got back to Uyuni. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this company.

Review from a bolivian and a US citizen (Amy and Sergio): This was just an insanely amazing tour! Jose, the manager of Joker Expedition was incredibly great to me and my wife. Once we arrived to the Atipax hotel he provided a room to get a shower before the tour and also breakfast. Additionally, he helped us to coordinate our stay in the Luna Salada Hotel (I suggest this amazing hotel) and our subsequent trip to Tarija after the Uyuni tour, he even took the time to buy our bus tickets there ahead of time paying with his own money...you can really trust him. Additonally, the guide, Rodrigo, was extremely professional and probably the most capable driver we'll meet in our lives and he's an excellent photographer....he took the best pictures and videos of our lifes! :) , even the music in the car was so great. This was the best experience of our lifes...much more than a Honeymoon a Saltymoon!
I'm bolivian so I really know how things work in my country. For this reason, I strongly encourage anyone planning to visit the salt flats to choose Joker Expedition.

Una vez que llegamos al hotel Atipax, nos proporcionó una habitación para ducharnos antes del recorrido y también el desayuno. Además, nos ayudó a coordinar nuestra estadía en el Hotel Luna Salada (sugiero este increíble hotel) y nuestro posterior viaje a Tarija después del tour por Uyuni, incluso se tomó el tiempo de comprar nuestros boletos de autobús allí con anticipación pagando con su dinero... realmente puedes confiar en él. Además, el guía, Rodrigo, fue extremadamente profesional y probablemente el conductor más capaz que conoceremos en nuestras vidas y es un excelente fotógrafo... ¡tomó las mejores fotos y videos de nuestras vidas! :), incluso la música en el coche era genial. Esta fue la mejor experiencia de nuestras vidas... ¡mucho más que una luna de miel o una luna salada!
Soy boliviano, así que sé muy bien cómo funcionan las cosas en mi país. Por esta razón, recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que planee visitar el Salar que elija Joker Expedition.
